Need new tires

What kind of tires should I get? I have an 03 4X4 that needs some new shoes. I do not need anything agressive, but I need something for the snow and ice and hunting season. Looking for a good long lasting tire that will not drain my pocket book.

I know that the BFG AT TA tires is a great tire for snow and mild dirt.mud...as well as street driving. Not sure how they last on larger/heavy trucks like a 250, but I know of several people that got literally over 80k miles on them more than once on light SUVs like 4runners. I had them on my Ranger before my F150 and loved them.

the Bridgestone Dueler Ht is also a popular tire. My brother has it on his explorer and has had no complaints.

The only BFG AT TA that you'll find is new old stock. BFG hasn't made the TA for years. The new series is the BFG AT KO which has more agressive side lugs. They are good tires and will be at the top of the list when I have to replace the MTRs.
