Faceplate adapter for 2005 F-250 stereo?
I recently bought a 2005 F-250 and I'm very happy with it, but as with most Fords, the factory stereo is kinda... Well it sucks. No surprise there, but anyone know where I can find the faceplate adapter so I can put an aftermarket stereo in the truck? I checked carparts.com, truckperformance.com, and a couple other places with no luck so far. I could probably fabricate something, but it'll most likely look like hell, so I'm trying to avoid that.
Also, how do I remove the old stereo? There's no holes for the u-shaped extraction tools like there is on most ford stereos.
Any information anyone can provide me with in regards to installation of aftermarket stereos for this truck would be much appreciated.

You have to pop off the whole section of dash from the stereo to the light switch. It comes off fairly easy. You will need to put key in and take truck out of park to get it to clear the shifter. Then 4 bolts hold the factory stereo in place. I bought my bracket from Crutchfield to put in an aftermarket stereo. They have it for about $10 I think it was.
