Bump when taking off

Bump when taking off
I have a 2002 F250 extended cab long bed. When I take off from a dead stop I feel a bump, what could this be? thanks!

Could be the slip yoke on the two piece drive shaft. I have seen a how to thread on this on another site. Basically you remove the yoke and grease it real well and this should help the "clunk"
