Post exhaust questions

i have a 2000 ford f250 psd. i want a loud exhaust. what do yall suggest. i heard of a 4in. straight pipe? any help appriciated

Welcome to the site So you want it louder!!! There's some fast food drive throughs that want me to turn off my engine because it's so loud (and I'm stock) try www.ford-diesel.com
On the other hand, I have changed the sound my PSD makes. Just for the record, I didn't add this modification because of sound. It's actually for driveability. I added a Turbo Brake (exhaust brake) from Western Diesel www.westerndiesel.com Now it's not like the big rigs sound, but you diffinately hear it. AND IT WORKS!!!
