2hi4u,

Which leveling kit are you going to use. I'm curious as to which brand because I want to do the same thing and use the same size tires. What brand of tires are you going to use too?

I called 4wheeler parts warehouse. The guy I talked to has a truck just like mine. I was just ordering my tires and rims(Eagle 589 with BFG,35x12.5x16.5). He asked if I had a lift on to fit the tires. I was going to wait and order it later. I told him I was going to order the one from Jack-it to level my truck. The guy at 4wheeler has the Superlift on his. He said I would not regret ordering the same. Because you stay with the factory ride. That is a plus for me. He gave me a real good price on the whole kit(lift, tires&wheels)at $1880.00. If I was you I would give them a call. http://www.4wheelparts.com./ 1-800-421-1050

Well people. The leveling kit I ordered is on it way back to 4 wheel parts. I had problems from day one. It's a very long story.

Yeah 2hi4u I'd like to hear the story too!

Sorry to hear about the problems. It especially sucks when it's mail order.

Where to start....(for give the miss spelled words)
Well I order my kit from 4 wheel parts. I call to order some new rims and tires. There nothing wrong with them. I guy I was talking to asked if I had a lift on my truck. I told him no. He said he would give me a deal on a leveling kit from Superlift. I gave him all the info he needed to order the kit. Seven days later the kit was at my door steps. I started to install the kit Friday. Going step by step. I move on to the next step and I have no parts. I call Superlift about the problem. He says he will send the missing parts Monday. As I giving him the part numbers. He told me the kit I have is for a 1999. I have a 2000. The track bar bracket on the 1999 is different, then the 2000. He told me I can drill a bigger hole or send the right one. I told him to send the right one. Superlift said 4 Wheel Parts screwed up and 4 Wheel Parts said Superlift screwed up. I told them I don't care how screwed up and I want it fix. Then I call 4 Wheel Parts and told Him the same story. They re-credited me $110.00 the total shipping for this problem. So waiting for UPS Monday and no UPS. I call Supelift to tell them I have no parts. The guys says that he has the other parts, but not the track bar bracket. He will not have one till the end of next week. I asked when where they going to call me and tell me this. I got no answer. TRUCK STILL ON BLOCKS. So I told him to send the parts when he gets them. That is Friday. So Tuesday I call Superlift back to check on the parts. The track bar bracket is still not in. Not till the middle of next week. TRUCK STILL ON BLOCKS AFTER A WEEK. He told me to drill a hole in the track bar bracket to make it fit and He'll send the rest of the parts Friday. Friday the parts come in and the new hole is drilled. Sat. morning I have all the parts on but the track bar bracket. Because it's the last step. The DAM thing still doesn't fit over the track bar. NOW I'M REALLY MAD. I can not call because they are closed. So I take all the parts form the kit off the truck and re-install all the factory parts back on. Pack a the kit part back in the box and wait till Monday to call. Monday morning I call Superlift and tell them what happen. He told me to FORCE the bracket on to fit. What do ya'll think about that. I said I wasn't doing that. I told him I was very unhappy with their kit. I also told him I was giving 4 Wheel Parts his name, because I had to drill the hole in the bracket. He didn't like that very much. Then I call 4 Wheel Parts and said I want to return the kit. He asked why and I told him the whole story. He sounded like he was mad too. He re-credited me all the money for the kit. Now I want to see the re-credit on my card.
The kit from Superlift is made very cheap. Nothing like the factory parts.

So when the money is back on the card I'm ordering a new kit from Jack-it. These people are very nice and helpful. I call and told them the story. He said I will not have that problem with them and if I do they with fix it no questions asked or give me my money back.

I told ya'll it was a long story. I hope it makes sense. Because I still mad at Superlift. Hope this helps with everyone at is fixing to order a kit....

Sorry to hear about the problems you had with Superlift.

I ordered mine from National Tire and had absolutely no problems. I thought the quality was as good as factory, all the parts were there, directions were sufficient, and install was simple. I personally would still recommend that one.

In fact, My truck was one of the 1st F250s to come with the 2 1/2" rear blocks. I did not even realize this util I put the lift in and the truck was low in the rear. I called Superlift and they sent me additional 2" blocks for the rear. Free.
