Dear Roger,

Congratulations on the new product! The Powerstroke guys have been looking for this for a long time, and finally it's here!

You might also want to post this over on www.Ford-Diesel.com, where a *lot* of Powerstroke owners hang out. We'll let out customers know about the new Airaid kit as well.

I have the 5.4 liter in my F-250 superduty and would like to add this air system to my truck.

Question

Well guys correct me if I am wrong, but if memory serves me correct the 5.4L in the F250 and F150 are the same motor right? If so you can use the Airaid 400-109 FIPK kit for your trucks! That has been available for some time now. Please correct me if I am wrong, I always like to learn new things on a daily basis! Does your F250 5.4L motor look like this?

That is the F-150 motor. We are looking for the one that fits the SUPER DUTY F-250 5.4 liter. The picture you have is a lil F-150.

No Roger,

The SD F250 has an air intake that is at the 3 or 4 o-clock position(looking front to back), exactly the same direction as the V10. The 5.4L throttle body is round and the V10 is oval in shape.

Hope this helps.

Wink

Well, I knew I could learn something here today! I guess what threw me off was the factory K&N Filter #E0945 is the same for your guys trucks as for the F150's. I will be on the look out for a kit for you guys and if I come up with something I will let you kow via the message board! Thanks for the education!
