v10 smokes on start up

v10 smokes on start up

It is my fathers car and he puts this really really cheap oil in it. Do you think that is the problem? The oil doesn't stick to the metal after about 5 min of sit time. I mean it is smoking REALLY bad on start up

please help

What color is the smoke? How many miles are on it?

engine form ok. but it is whitesh I want to say blue but not really.

If it's whiteish
I'd say head gasket, check to see if your loosing coolant
the motor is alum. heads with a cast iron block there hard on head gaskets.
It wouldn't be a bad ideal to check the oil for coolant also
