Performance upgrades on an '03

I purcharsed my '03 expy at the beginning of the summer and have about 5,600 miles on her. Already have a K&N filter in her, but thats it. I was thinking of an FIPK kit, superchip, and flowmasters. Any thoughts?

BTW, its a 5.4 eddie bauer 4x4

Being as this is the same 5.4L that has been in the Expy pretty much without change since late '99 except fot reported NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness) improvements made this year, I would say anything that applied before will also work here.

If it were me (and it's not but I'll pretend because my funds are low) I'd Contact Mike Troyer at Performance Products (he is a sponser / vendor on this site) and I'd order up a dual 16" Electric Fan kit along with a SuperChip. I would skip the FIPK as you can 'mod' the OEM airbox youself and apply those $200+ to other things. I would go with magnaflow over the flowmasters as well, I have . . . excuse me, HAD flowmasters on my now departed F150 work truck and hated them and their constant 'drone' at any thing from 1200- 1800 rpm which just happened to be 'cruise rpm for me. It sounded like a freight train was in the bed.

The new "black oak" PCMs wont accept a superchip.

Thanks for the input fellas. For now I think I'll just go with dual magnaflows and maybe the FIPK. I'll have to look into the chip situation.
