LLS System

Just got a E.B. with the LLS system. Just want to find out if it works right. It's a 4X4 model. Can somebody tell me what distance between the tire an the fender it should be when the truck is off, and when it's running. And tell me how the system should work.

turn your truck on for a little while and let it run. then turn it off. if you have 4 wheel LLS the whole car should settle. you should hear a sound like air escaping from a balloon except without the thhpppppp sound also put your arm against the tire and the side fender. you should feel it go down very slowly and lower about an inch. Now...if you have 2 wheel LLS... the rear end will be about 1 inch lower than the front. hope this helps

congrats on the new member to the family too

Chapter 2

Shift the transfer case into 4Lo and watch the truck rise about 1 inch.
