Whoa, I found the general admission prices for Saturday. $20 per person! I've never been to this event before. Is it worth $20 a person? It looks like the last day for online ticket purchases is today. I didn't see anything limiting the sale of tickets at the gate though.

Not sure never been either it is a national sanctioned race so I guess the price is probably fair ? there should be lots of vendors and stuff there as well. cheap cosmetic mods for the truck ;-) oh boy !! :-) I think I will just get the tickets at the gate as well.
not sure if my SO is going to come or not my two boys will want to go so it may be a boys day out ?? give the wife a break ;-)
see those two seater sports cars guys can't make a family day out of their rides and still look good doing it..

Maybe we not big stickers in the back window that say Soccer Mom and have a big circle with a line through it . :-)

The TALON group (Texas Area Lightning Owners North) group has almost 30 trucks at their events by the looks of their web site and there are alot more expeditions on the road ?? just the nature of the beast I guess. I love the lightning by the way if you can't tell. Luckily for me the wife loves the expedition as much as I do so when I finally break down and get a lightning I will be able to keep the expy as well ;-) life is good ...

Other DFW Ford Truck Owners

For the Ford Fun Weekend in Ennis next Saturday there is a bunch of Ford Truck owners meeting at the Cracker Barrel off 35 and 20 Saturday morning. The are meeting about 7:00 am that is a 6:00 leave time for me ;-( but they are all set up down there going to have a little truck show and all while there I think I am going to cruise down with them as it stands I am the only expedition with about 20 trucks so would love some company it is a little early but I think it will be a great time ...

any takers ?? these guys have been planning it for weeks I guess we should learn a lesson here ?? :-) Come on I don;t want to be the only expedition there ;-)

Let me know
