Question bigger tires without lift?

I know this question has been asked before. But, what is the biggest tire that I can put on my 2001 4x4 X? or what is the biggest rim and tire?
I would like to put a 16x9.5 with 33x12.5x16's on it.
All answer will be accepted

Thanks guys and girls

Tires

I have 285/75 R 16 tires installed with no lift. The convert to 33" size and fit perfect with no lift.

I also have 285/75/16 BFG's KO's and they gently rub on the lower valance trim. The are on some 16x8's welded rims. I have heard of 305's and 285's on 16X10's with just some trimming on the same lower valance. 16X10's will probably stick out more which you might want to get some mud flaps. Now this is on a X without the LLS system. You could see mine better on the photo album.

Yeah I have the stock 7.5 inch rims that come on the standard XLT. They recommend that the 285 tires be used on a 8-10 inch wheel, but they fit fine. I have no rubbing at all and have been off-road with no problems. There are quite a few guys on another list that recommended this size tire to me and they were correct. I actually got my neighbor to get a set for his truck after seeing the difference it made in mine.

I can post a pic or email it if anyone wants to see it.
