Does anyone know why some new Expedition have that box with "Vehicle Not For Sale" typed where the price should be on the sticker. Does this mean it's a misbuilt unit or what?

 

it could be for units that have been custom ordered by a customer, delivered to a regular dealer. They would still park it in the lot if they didn't know what they were doing, but that way they would know to not sell it to anyone other then the person who ordered the vehicle.
