I have a 2010 Expedition Limited EL that I need to replace the driver side window switch assembly. I'm having trouble finding a post in my year range where the console looks anything like mine showing how to do this.

I've found plenty on removing the door panel but didn't think that was necessary. It looks kind of like I could just pry the faux wood cover off to expose the switches but don't want to break anything. I could use some advice or a link if this has already been covered. I searched but couldn't find a thread on this.
