Service engine Soon light came on
20 miles later check suspension light popped on
Driving perfectly fine the whole time
did About another 25~ miles to make it home, perfectly smooth the whole time.
Stop for gas a block from home. start it up again, and as soon as I hit about 8 mph starts shaking, and quite violently when I tried to push it up to 15~
I coast it the rest of the way to park it
much lighter but still noticeable jumps about 2 per second

Drives perfectly smooth in reverse
Doesn't jump at all in park or neutral even with heavy acceleration

Only when moving forward

I've flipped the air susp switch on and off a few times, no change

anyone ever have/hear/read about this?
