Talking Cut, Cut, Cut

You have to cut off the little tabs that hold the insert in place. Once you do this there's no going back to the original grill insert!!!

Good Luck

I was able to install my billet grill without cutting the tabs, just in case I want to go back to the stock look one day for some odd reason. Just be careful, it could definitely be installed without any cutting to your Expy.

Question What year, Expo504?

I've got the upper Stull Billet grill on my 200 Expy, and have not been able to locate a lower grill for my truck. Expo504, what yeara Expy do you own? And do you know if that lower grill works for a 2000?

Thanks.

Just a quick comment here guys, you can always give Roger Lemere (the fellow who runs the F-150 Online Store) a call at 916-361-2510, and he can give you the scoop on that, he's done a lot of those mods to his own pair of Expeditions, and knows that stuff backwards and forward, so to speak, so he should hopefully be able to give you any answers needed.

Just a thought..............
