2012 Expedion not start

Waiting for a tow truck after the truck would not start.I noticed the information center does not even come on. Any advice? It is a 2012 and under warranty, just looking for ideas...

Got the truck back today, a short in the instrument panel/wiring harness. Replaced the instrument panel. All computer settings have changed, I think the mileage is different
