99expo air ride
i never hear my air ride compressor kick on,what should i do? idk if its bad or if a wire is off. and could i put a aftermaket pump and a separate tank

Start with the easy stuff first, check the fuse and lead wires etc. Changing out the pump is actually pretty easy and not that expensive. Its would be alot more work to got the route your talking about.
