What do you mean by flasher? Do you mean your 4-ways/hazard lights? If they don't work then you probably popped a fuse. Check the owners manual for the fuse box layout and locate the correct fuse. Check it and replace if necessary. If it happens again then there's a problem and something is shorting the fuse out. The fuse may also be used for other things as well such as brake lights which was the case on my sisters 2000 Neon she used to have. One of the wires ran down and behind the pedals so from pushing the clutch in all the time it wore down the wire and kept shorting it out so everytime you'd hit the clutch the new fuse would pop.

If that's not what you're talking about then sorry. I'm no help. Good luck.

The flasher relay. I need to change it since I replaced the bulbs with LEDs on the truck so they flash the correct speed.

You dont need a flasher relay, you need a resistor for the LEDs if I remember correctly.

Either a heavy duty flasher (which doesn't care about the load) or an extra load resistor will solve the problem.

He's doing LED bulb replacement. Resistors are needed at each bulb (PITA), or replace the flasher (as he stated). Something like this:

As for where the flasher is ... I have no clue.
