You should check your MPG by hand.

Granted, mine has dropped during the last couple months. Must be all the city driving I now do. Doing about 12-13s.

10.2 mpg... was at 9.9 until I finally cleaned my K&N filter... water looked like chocolate milk when I was rising it... only been a year or so.... but planning on a programmer, 4.88s, new COPs, and new plugs sometime this summer or fall... so hoping to get 12-13...

I am getting 17.0 MPG, mixed about 60% highway. I'm not heavy on the throttle, keep my tires properly inflated, proper maintenance at the scheduled intervals. I have 109,000 miles on my 04 Expy. Live in Central Texas, so use the AC when i'm at speeds over 55, but I like the warmer weather and there's usually a breeze here so I prefer to lower the windows when I'm in local traffic. Also, when I'm at certain stop lights (local around here that I am familiar with) I turn the vehicle off and idling for 2 mins, (especially w/ the AC on) can kill your MPG. my 2 cents worth.

Mine is an 09' 4x4 and gets between 15-19 mpg. I avg. 16.?? .

I think maybe everyone should state there year and rather its a 4x2 or 4x4.

From what I have seen from different forums and friends that own Expy's, the 07's and up get about what I am getting15-19, but the Expy's prior to the 07's are more in the 11-15mpg range.

There were some major powertrain changes in 07' like then new 6 speed tansmissions and some other improvements were made to the 5.4s then as well.

I have a 2wd navi with the 32 valve motor. i usualy run with the windows down since the ac makes my truck run sluggish and since i drive like an assbagg i know my milage is gonna suck but when im actualy driving like a sane person the milage still sucks. When i fill up it says i have 450 miles til empty. i guess ill just deal with it
