07 2wd getting 19-21 highway and 15-16 city but the wife drives like a grandma

Filled up yesterday. All city driving 12.5 with 33,s. My father had this one before I bought it back and he said 10 city no matter what and 16 hwy. Hopefully Ill stay in the 12,s when the 35,s go on

I'm kinda surprised at the mpg numbers on here. My wife's 08 Expy gets 14 -15 in town and when we travel, gets 20 - 21...of course it is mostly flat land with small hills here and there.
