Talking 2005 Ford Expedition :)

Greetings everyone. I have been a member on this F150 forum for years, but I just made the switch from a 1999 F-150 I owned for the last 5 years to a 2005 Expy. So far I have not missed having a truck bed yet, and the Expy has the 3v 5.4 where as my '99 F-150 had the 4.6 so it feels down right sporty compared to my last truck. Gas mileage seems about the same so far, so major bonus in my opinion. The A4WD option is nice too...no more switching the 4x4 control 10 times on my way to work on slick mornings .

Anyway, just thought I would post down here in the basement about my new ride.

I am sure pictures can be arranged...although I should probably wash it first. Currently covered in salt and general filth from the winter slush.

Talking Pictures requested long ago...

Sorry to say these pictures are more about the trailer than the Expy, but needless to say not having a truck bed finally became an issue for me

Trailer is 20', tows great with the weight distributing hitch I bought for it. Good for 8000lbs cargo...but that would be 10k trailer weight+cargo combined which is 1400lbs over the Expy's rating. It is exactly what I wanted.

Oh, and one last thing... To the folks who have said the 3V 5.4 does not have good power, frankly I don't know what they are talking about.
