Load leveling suspension?
#16
Your 99' EB 4x4 should have the Tow package so you should have at least the rear load leveling. Like with mine. Once you stop and park it, it lowers by about 1-1.5" thus looks like it's lower in the back. Once I crank mine up, I hear the pump start and can watch it lift about 1-1.5" and once agian, the rear is a little higher than the front.
I like it!

Uneven ride
My 1999 Expedition sits lower on the left rear and high on the right rear, (so the Expy is doing what my wife and i joke about...THE SHOULDER LEAN....) is this due to a bad sensor? if so, i see that on top of the airbag it has electrical wires going to it, is that a sensor? If so, is there one for each side? any help would be greatly appreciated.....

The issue you describe could be a bum solenoid....leaky bag....bad union. Try to do some searches on those parts and I bet you'll find threads in that nature.
