Was wondering if you fella's could lend a hand. I have an 01 5.4 Expedition with the 4r100 4wd transmission. I have been looking for days trying to find the vehicle speed sensor on this thing and can't find it. Already tried cleaning off the ABS sensor in the differential to no avail.

A little back story.....

We were on our way to Indianapolis from Elizabethtown, KY when the speedo started going crazy, the cruise control shut off, and the transmission started shifting hard / weird. I had an E-350 that did the same thing (not 4wd) and I changed the VSS on it and it fixed it, for the life of me I can't find the VSS on this thing though. Someone on another forum told me the Hall Effect sensor in my transfer case was the VSS. Is he right? Just looking for a second opinion.
