I have a 2k3 Expy with 5.4. What plugs do you guys use/recommend? I would like better MPG, as most of us do, but better performance would be better

 

you only have a choice of 2 motorcraft or champion. OEM runs better but could break in half when removed. Champion are single peice and will not break but do not run as good. Your choice

 

You should run the OEM Motorcraft plugs in your application. You will get your maximum performance and mileage in doing so.

You do not have the plug breakage problem with your Expy. Disregard the above post mentioning that!
