Green CAI

Does anyone have any experience with green high performance airfilter? I have an 08 Expy with 5.4, and I am looking at CAI, but the only two companies that I have found that have a CAI out for my vehicle are K&N and Greenfilterusa.com. So i was just wondering if anyone has any positive or negative comments.

This is the first I have heard of them.

Unless you are going to tune your expy, I would stay away from the CAI. A regular dry filter will do just fine. A tune is about the only way you will see any good results out of the CAI. IMO

I have the K&N on my 98, and, was not happy with the oiled gauze filter. I replaced it with the amsoil filter and am very happy.

I think that company is just trying to collect off the band wagon of green companies.

The CAI is just part of my plan for my expy, that will include other upgrades like tunes, exhaust, fans and maybe pulleys. Thanks for your help though with the different filters.

Diesal, have you tried Troyer Performance? They have a couple different types of CAI I believe. Might be a shot...
