My rear wiper is moving slow and at times not at all. The motor itself works. The problem is the part that the wiper arm attaches to. The actual latch assembly. It is binding. I took it apart to lube/loosen it up and it seems a bit better.

I can not find this part online anywhere. I was trying to find an online parts diagram.

Anyone know what this part is called?

 

I would say THIS would be your best shot.
