I mounted it to the factory cross beams. 3/8" bolts. The rack fits just perfect so all the weight is to the furthest edge. I keep my full size spare when I go wheeling up there. Between me and the tire theres about 340# up there and I havent had any problems yet.

Its a blackout customs rack. 4'x6'

Here's mine, '99 5.4L EB 4x4. Had the torsion bar cranked up 2 turns and just had some Firestone Destination AT in LT 285/70-17 installed today.

Definately a different look. Doesnt even look that much like an Expy. I'd have to give it a second look in person.

yea they are 19,000 k h.i.ds they are so much better than stock! and its got bags with arnott controller and viair twin compressors and 5 gal tank the kit is really sweet and its all custom fabbed.
