I think this Expedtion will be my last as well for a while. When I bought it I paid about $45 dollars to fill it up, now I could easily put 85 in it from time to time. I love the ride but since I've moved to SoCal it's just not for me anymore. I don't have a family so the extra room just nominates me to haul my friends around if anything.

Best of both worlds...'04 Expy and '97 Mazda Miata M-Edition.

I really like my '06. Smooth ride and all. I don't know how much longer I'm going to own it though.

My last two trucks were low slung, regular cab F150's.
I thought the Expedition would function well for me. I don't tow. We use the Expedition for a couple camping trips a year and for our week end day trips. It's empty most of the time.

With the Troyer tunes, it moves along OK, but lacks performance. I would kind of like more performance. I think I may end up in a car. It's been more than ten years since I owned a car (well, aside from my SUPER Taurus, winter beater). I'm sort of looking at sport wagons. Yep, it'll cramp my style driving a grocery go getter but there are a few with turbocharged engines that will help ease that.

I tried to talk the Queen Bee into getting a Dodge Magnum with the Hemi...she laughed and said she'd rather have the van.....

My Expy is typically driven when I need to haul/tow something. Plus, it's the only vehicle that's parked in a garage...if parking is bad then I'll take it on misc trips.

But my daily driver is the GTI, and I've got an E46 (2001 330i Premium/Sport) for my girl to drive. Germans sure know how to engineer a car.

Interesting to see so many BMW owners...I thought Expys & Bimmers were an odd combo.

Talking Never get rid of it..

I could never go back to a car or even a smaller vehicle (being 6'4"). I love the expy. I have driven it 14-15 hours a day and get out and feel as fresh as a daisy and not all beat up like chop meat. Can't beat the comfort..

For speed thrills, I have a SVT lightning and for classic car shows a '67 Galaxie 500 2dr fastback as backup transportation.

Don't think its possible. My neighbors traded in their crappy Yukon for a loaded 2000 EB Expy about 6 years ago. They sold it a year ago and got a Chrysler mini van. Now they're selling the van cause they just bought another Expedition.

My aunt is now on her second Expedition...
