I have had an '07 Expedition EL Eddie Bauer 4X4 ordered since May 1st (The first day Ford took orders). On June 1st it received a VIN and was scheduled for a build date. The scheduled build date is (the week of) July 31st. 
As of this date the dealer still doesn't have pricing for the '07s. In my opinion the build and price on Ford's website is a little low on the pricing. I built my '07 the same as my '05 and they are exactly the same MSRP. The '07 has the extended length, the DVD Navigation and the larger rear seat entertainment system compared to my '05 Expy.
The dealer still doesn't have brochures for the '07s yet either.
