Hi all, My 2001 expedition makes a whistleing noise after I shut the motor off, If I open the gas cap and the air is sucked into the tank the noise will go away, another thing is if I have about an 1/8th of a tank and park it on a incline the fuel flows back into the tank and the truck wont start unless I level it out. any ideas what the noise is and why the fuel is flowing back into the tank?
