I recently had a check engine light, i used the scan tool to check the code and it was for 1309 which the only info i could find was for a ford taurus and it had something to do with disabling the misfire detector
anybody know if this is the same a for a 98 lincoln navigator?

I ended up calling the dealership, they said it had to do with the camshaft position sensor and to check it first
So i tried to remove it, and it came out, but in 3 peices, so i assume that was the problem, new on in, and it has gone about 100 miles with no other service engine light
