Rear A/C not cooling

Hi all,
I have a '03 XLT with about 40K with manual A/C controls. Driving around today I notice the the rear A/C is blowing but not cold.

If I crank it to heat, it gets hot, but If I crank it down to cool, it seams to just recycle air.

Looking at the lines, there doesn't seam to be a leak anywhere. Is it tied into the front A/C cooling somehow? Anyone had this happen on their '03 up? What was the cause?

Thanks
Chuck

Well $209 later, it ended up being the rear expansion valve.
