Rear End problems on '03 Exp

Well on 4th trip to dealer, first two was to fix a snapping sound from left rear which was a TSB on a new locking nut (guess that goes between half shaft and wheel hub). Now other side is doing the same.
TSB didnt work though, going for new half shaft, bearings, hub etc.. but parts are scarce.. guess common problem ? Tolerance issue on the spline ?

Any info welcome.. JR

The IRS change in 03 supposedly enhanced handling and ride as well as allow a fold flat 3rd row.

TSB

There's a TSB for the clicking noise in the rear. I was told there's a tolerance issue between the half-shaft and the wheel hub, locking nut assy. I had the right side done last week and seems to be ok after 200 miles, but not the left side where they just changed the nut, it's starting to act up again. There also seems to be a shortage of parts as well.

thanks. is the noise constant? or does it go away after warm up. i have to drop it off tonight so it's cool when they take it for a test drive.
