Hey guys, new to my expedition and I love it, only thing was the cd changer was broke. So I bought a new cd player but the problem is I don't need the changer under the arm rest anymore(the stock 6 cd changer) well... I can't figure out how to get it out.. I'v even tried taking most of the center console off.. If anyone has any tips I would greatly appreciate it.

It comes out I promise. I took mine out a long time ago and put in a gun safe in for my Glock. I don't remember the exact details, sorry but it does come out. And I do remember that you don't have to take apart the entire armrest.

just pull hard!!

Head to a "shady" part of town and have one of the locals help....some of them do that sort of thing for a living.

 

thats so funny because when we were taking out the stock radio we were having problems with those 4 holes you have to push in to release the head and my friend said " lets goto the ghetto part of town they will have it out in seconds".. hehe
