I just drained and filled my coolant on my '97 5.4, and noticed it said I need special coolant! Then the owners manual says I can't use any alcohol based stuff! I used the typical green ethyl glycol stuff! Did I screw up?

 

I wouldn't worry too much so long as the stuff you put in says it is OK for all radiator types....which it will.
