stock exhaust systems

anybody know what differences, if any, there are between the stock exhaust systems (from the cat, back) of the 4.2L, 4.6L, and 5.4L f150?

They're the same system as far as I know... and they all suck! Get yourself a straight-through muffler, and you'll notice a big difference.
