Duel Exhaust

I hope I did this right, first time user.

I just bought a 2002 f-150 lariat 4x4 fx4 supercab with 5.4 V8 and don't know which type or brand of duel exhaust to get installed. A muffler installer told me I could not install a true duel system because it would void the warranty because it would mess with the sensors. The service manager at my local dealership said I could?????????

I have been reading other members talking about the gibson super truck exhaust and others but still don't know which one to purchase.

I am also thinking about installing a air intake system. had a K&N filter on my last F-150 and loved it but did't have the complete intake system.

HELP NEEDED!!! THANKS

if you like it loud......

flowmasters 40,s...not so loud flows delta series 50,s...softer borlas with the side sweep....air intake...i got the K$N filter and honeycombed the bottom of the air box with a one inch paddle bit to open up the box. there are other mods such as the poor mans tube and the cut away air box....the only desision you need to make is how much you want to spend and when you want to do it after that youll be in mod heaven....also welcome aboard and if you have any pics of your truck with hooter girls cleaning it that will score you points with the majoriety of these pirates LOL

no Hooters girl picks yet but sure is a good idea. my truck will need a good washing after the rain we have been getting.

Thumbs up Exhaust

I have the Flowmaster 80 series muffler and it sounds great at low RPM's and is still quiet enough that on the interstate I can hear myself think. I am very happy with my duals.
