Question What Exhaust To use....how to do it

I want to replace exhaust on my F150. I have swept side on my expedition, but i want to put something with a little bit more of an agressive tone on the truck WITHOUT losing any torque. Should i get a whole exhaust system......like a gibson DualSport? Reserach has led me to believe that dual exhaust systems decrease torque and are not recomended for towing.....or is that just for the gison model....anyways....could i possibly get a flowmaster muffler and just attach dual pipes to it......please give your opinions on a good sounding exhaust idea, with out losing torque
