Thumbs up

I had the V-Force put on five days ago. I had the shop put a 3" pipe from where the two stock pipes come together back to the muffler and a 3" pipe single outlet. The single outlet sounds excellent. The tailpipe exits behind the rear wheel due to my use of a camper shell. It provided just the sound I was looking for. A side note is that before the pipe I would run 1850 RPM at 65 MPH, now I run around 1800 RPM. The passing ability is greatly improved and the torque has increased. I had the V-force put on because it was $20 less than the flowmaster. The shop told me it is just as good and will get the sound I wanted.

A local exhaust shop that a friend use to work at carries that brand and is what was suggested to me by the shop manager. He put one on his Chevy 6.0 2 days after he bought it, sounded great at idle and on rev, he wanted me to drive it but I don't/will not drive other people's brand new trucks. I have been pondering exhaust for over a year and may give the v-force a try if it indeed does fit what I am looking to do and at the right price.
