Unhappy EGR removal

I just recently disconnected the egr on my 2003 Lightning I have ran the vacuum lines a dozen different ways according to several peoples directions ,to no end 'but every time I fire the engine it will barely run and seems to miss like a bad plug .Needless to say I have replaced the plugs coil packs and injectors. The plugs are black and it looks like oil is coming from the back top of the motor leaking to the floor.when the motor is running I will only let it run for a min.or so.Please help is there something I am overlooking ?? What should be capped and what is left as is
