DIagnostic Code Head Scratcher

Hey folks. Learned a lot from this forum and figured it was time to register and post my problems.

I have a 1997 Ford Explorer XLT with 4.0 V6 SOHC. I was constantly getting a TID:$41 CID:$12. I have no detectable vacuum leaks. Dumped lots of Carb Cleaner under the hood, and nothing caused the engine to rev. I am pretty confident, everything is tight. I opted to do all four O2 sensors since they've never been done, and I replaced the muffler since it has a hole in it. That seems to have cleared the code, but now it's reporting TID:$41 CID:$11. Any thoughts? Why would it initially report a downstream issue and now I am getting an upstream DPFE issue?

No P Code, No check engine. Only the diagnostic code, which now jumped back to TID:$41 CID:$12 again.

That is NOT a diagnostic code. If you don't know what to do with it or what it means, LEAVE IT ALONE.

If you're screwing around and looking at Mode $06 data, be aware that the most commonly use application, Torque Pro, doesn't know how to handle unsigned 8-bit data without posting a "fail" message. See applicable OBDII manual for explanation of what the data means.

If it was a simple P code, I wouldn't be asking for help.

No CEL, no P-codes? Then what's the problem? Is it not running right?

Wow. I thought this forum was good. If you don't know please don't reply. Not looking for a bunch of guessing. I am asking for knowledgeable input. Don't mean to be a ****, but I was hoping for more constructive input.

I know you're wasting your time trying to "fix" something that isn't broken because you don't understand what you're looking at.

I may be blunt, but I am correct.

See, you learned something.

Wow. I clearly picked the wrong forum for help. Glad to hear you think you're right. That's actually pretty funny and arrogant. I am out. Bye.

If you don't want to learn anything, don't let the door hit your a$$ on your way out.
