Cylinder 7 misfire after boss intake install

Tonight me and a buddy installed my boss kit from mike @ 5star tuning on my 2013 f150 5.0 and after installing it we tuned it with mikes 91 oct tune. It's running real rough sounds almost cammed. Threw code p0307 which is cylinder 7 misfire. We can not figure out why. Maybe wrong tune? I really need help this is my daily and I'm not drivin it like this! Also we re used factory purge valve, could that cause my problem?

Did you check the spark plug, coil, and injector for damage?

Did you plug #7 injector back in? Also posting in multiple sub-forums is a no-no.

Return to stock and see if issue stays. If not then it's the tune. I had issues with my first set of tunes from vmp. Ran rough and felt like it was going to stall when hitting the gas harder. Just email him to double check and adjust.
