2006 f150 5.4 hi flow cats
Hey guys I ordered 2 magnaflow hi flow cats 94106. And I was just curious if I can just cut the old ones out and weld these two in the same place. Or am I going to have issues with the placement of O2 sensors? If I do have to move the o2 plugs what's the best way of doing that?
Thanks
Thanks

If you are simply R&R'ing the two cats, and not disturbing the two front sensors, no worries.
IF for some reason you feel that you need to move the front O2's, or you've destroyed/cut out the existing bungs, use a 94136 instead. This model has bungs for the O2's already installed.
Lastly - if you are going to be installin' yer own bungs, they need to be close to the same location, and you MUST heed this advice from Innovate Motorsports:
"Do NOT install the Bung below the 3 o'clock or 9 o'clock position.
Condensation can form in the exhaust pipe and permanently damage the sensor. 6 o’clock is the absolute worst position to mount the sensor. "
Curious - why are you replacing yer already-excellent cats?
[FWIW - if you have `~80K on yer existing front O2's, it's time to change them fer best A/F control. Motorcraft preferred.]
Good luck.
