4.2L v6 throttle body cleaning/engine wont start
*EDIT* got it going! nevermind!!
so my 2004 4.2 v6 has been idling, so I cleaned the MAF sensor and the throttle body. When purchesing the cleaner the guy at the parts place told me I could use MAF sensor cleaner to do both. so I did. Now my engine will not turn over. It wants to, but never does.
The way I cleaned the throttle body was by taking off the air flow duct to the throttle body and just spraying around the plate. I let it sit while I sprayed the MAF sensor. Then wiped it with a clean rag. not too dirty, sparyed the plate and wiped that. Then I waited 15 more minutes for MAF sensor to dry. I put everything back together (double checked to make sure everything was on right and tight) and now it doesnt start.
Any suggestions?
