headers
Ight, I'm not so sure about buying headers. I know what they do and all but idk what to buy. I'm looking for a bolt on kit. I already have a flowmaster cat back exhaust. What's everything i need?

Whutall yall need:
1. Some basic courtesy (see above) .. works wonders... 'preciate it.
2. A full description of yer truck
3. Lose the Fartmaster - a buttplug exhaust like that will largely negate any gains you would see. This is a classic non-sequitur.
4. A custom flash programmer - most headers ( save possibly Dynatech) move the O2's some - requiring transport delay adjustments for optimal results ( NOT 100% required, but if yer gonna do it, do it right ) - So add ~$400.
5. Long tubes only - shorties are worthless except as a rotted OEM manifold replacement. No gains.
6. Search Function - learn to use it, as this subject hase been beaten to death.. agin and agin and agin .... see below ...
7. Budget $$$ ?

1. Where did you go to school? I advise revisiting everything from 3rd and on.
2. Do you remember your first thing ill need? If not, see above.
3. We are on a 2004-2008 f150 forum thread, so my apologies for not saying what engine (4.6L) now what else did you need to know? My truck is red by the way.
And 4. If this thread is constantly being wrote up all the time and being really repetitive, why copy and paste so many of the same link?
