I recently bought a Mangaflow exhaust for my truck (98 f150 4.6) I installed the muffler and tried putting the pipes on to go over the axle and out the back, but the spare tire is preventing that from happening.

Has anyone else had to remove their spare tire for exhaust?

also and i dont have the key to my spare tire, how do i get it off?
