Which Borla muffler to get?!?!?

I have a 97 4.6L F150 and currently have no muffler and it goes from a single pipe to dual pipes out the back. I don't know which size borla muffler is the best to get. I haven't decided if I want to stay with the duals or just change it to a single outlet out the passenger side yet. I don't want to make a mistake and get the wrong size that turns out to be the size for the car. There are so many choices. I really like the dual exhaust but I might have it changed to side exits or 45s instead of straight out the back.
Ive heard of the Borla XR-1 and others but which one!?!?!?!?
And which inlet-outlet size do I get?
And should I get SIDO if I want to stick with my duals?

Thanks for any help guys

Yes quieter maybe a deeper crisper sound with no crackling. Don't want it too quiet though the current setup is too loud because of no muffler.

well then dont go with a single exit, you can hardly hear it.

i would guess to go with the smaller xr1 muffler. that should quieten down on the crackling.

I have Borla Pro Xs mufflers on my truck... Makes me smile everytime I crank it up. Not loud and obnoxious, but great deep tone and no drone.

Which one of these? Im not running true duals. Would it be bad to run a dual in dual out after the y pipe because Im leaning that way.

dang those borlas are expensive!

DI/DO muffler seems ridiculous if you arent running true duals.

just grab a SI/DO and replace the Y with that.

Jegs.com has the 3" Borla XR1 Bullets em for like $130 for a muffler. Not bad if you ask me...

Here's the link: http://www.jegs.com/p/Borla/Borla-XR...44683/10002/-1
Of course you can search around for others on there. Why buy directly from BORLA when you get em' cheaper from somebody else?
