The part # is for the 2.5" version so that is why it is 2.5", exactly what you need.

Talked to local exhaust shop today and he said that he dont knoew if the magnflow cats will pass emissions on my truck. Anyone know if they will pass or not?

They will pass. Visually, and by filtering exhaust gases. Smog check in California however will not due to it is the point that the OEM converters have been altered/removed.
