Well here's my truck! 2001 f150 5.4l 2wd
stock exhaust system :P with the muffler cut out to dump underneath the truck.
this is not my ideal exhaust system but I don't have the money for what I want quite yet.
Here's a nice flyby, I'll try and get another one.

After watching these videos I kind of understand how a dog feels after he's just been neutered.

I'm sorry buddy. Just tell yourself you did the sensible thing, and maybe that'll help.

Here's to hoping you're in another truck soon!

I promised Darren a remake of his old favorite exhaust vidya of mine, so here it be as taken from the opposite side of the road as before (dern camera woman can't take instructions, and I have no idea why it ended up tall and skinny!)

And a couple others just fer fun!

Drive-by:

Warm idle and a few revs:

Cold start (well as cold as it gets in 93 degrees and 70% humidity!) and a few revs:

In cab, fairly aggressive take-off remake without the over-exaggerated redneck talk :

And that's all, folks! Thankee fer lookin'!

Best I was able to come up with...

05 5.4L
Magnaflow 2.5in to 3in Y pipe
3in Midpipe
14in Magnaflow SIDO
2.5in Tailpipes
4in x 18in Manaflow rolled edge tips 90 degree exit

I also have 2 Magnaflow high flow cats installed, but they were not present in the above vids. Cant seem to get a quality video now as they cause feedback with the camera?

I was hardly ever driving it. Maybe 50 miles a week because 13 MPG trucks are not conductive to a 150 mile round trip to work every day. My wife was driving it most of the time because I wanted her in the safest vehicle we have because I want my kids as safe as possible and she wanted a more family friendly vehicle. I'm not at the point where I could afford a payment on something that I could just let sit around so I bit the bullet and traded it in.

But one story on my truck. Since it was both my truck and our family vehicle we take it on trips. Last fall we went took the kids to stay at the Great Wolf Lodge and to visit Kings Island in Cincinnati. Pulled in to the check in parking area and while we were waiting some guy in a mini van walks over and starts looking over my truck. Goes on for a minute or two so I finally roll my window down and ask him if he needs something. He said that he was just admiring my truck and had to compliment it and my sound.
