Cold Air Intake

What are the best options for a cold air intake? The Hennessey looks nice and appears easy to install.

Cold air intakes seem to be a waste of money in my opinion, i went with the Gotts mod..

Same outcome, and you wont have to deal with the truck running too lean, or some other kind of check engine light, which is usually fixed by buying a programmer..

If you were really set on buying a CAI then the decision goes with how big of a pipe you want really, and if its an inclosed filter or not.

Thanks for the recommendations. Seems like I will stay stock. Too bad because the Hennessey CAI kit looks really nice!

There is nothing wrong with buying a CAI just for looks. They do look really good. Just don't expect big power gains, better mpg.

Looks and sound are what you'll gain with a CAI not performance. They sure do look nice though . Just make sure that if you get an oiled filter to clean your MAF regularly, and that whole lean thing...You have a 6.2L?
